Two large Methil moggies.On the left is the Fat Cat and on the right is the Large Laid back moggie.They look great indoors as well as outdoors. They are handmade from stoneware clay and are fired to high temperatures.This vitrifies the clay making it water proof.The moggies are unglazed,and resemble sandstone,both in looks and texture.

THE BALBIRNIE CRAFT CENTRE
The Balbirnie craft centre is situated in the courtyard of buildings that were originally the stables and servants quarters for the nearby Balbirnie house. The former Estate is now called Balbirnie Park and covers four hundred acres of mature woodland with the largest collection of Rhododendrons in Scotland.
Balbirnie is one of only two dedicated Craft Centres in Scotland. The other being at Balnakiel, Durness, Sutherland. The most north west point in the UK mainland.( Many miles from Balbirnie! )

Also in the park are the Balbirnie House Hotel, Balbirnie Golf Course and Club, and Balbirnie Caravan Club Park.
